My experience with UNITS of Houston Gulf Coast was great! They were very communicative and timely. I needed the UNIT an extra month and the process was easy to extend my rental. Pick up and drop off went smoothly and all my items were perfectly intact once I unloaded the UNIT. Everyone was extremely helpful and I recommend them to anyone in need of this type of storage solution!

I recently rented a storage unit from UNITS Moving and Portable Storage of Houston. From my first communication with Sylvia, I have been very impressed with this company. Delivery of the unit was on time and the driver, Luis, was polite and efficient. Very professional, from the start.

Sylvia and her team is on top of it. They are quick to respond & the time frames are on point. We have moved over 2 dozen times in my life and this is the EASIEST move by far. I just gave her my info what I needed and what I was worried about and she not only gave me more than enough information to calm my worries. She knew her information and wasn't just reading it off a paper. Any time I text a question or request a response is given with in half an hour. Delivery went perfectly. They were also able to get the pod from the driveway with a dumpster behind it. Luis was amazing. 10/10 recommend. If we have to move again I WILL be using these guys again. And I have already told others who are moving to call Sylvia!!

UNITS storage is the most customer service oriented establishment above the rest. They are dependable, efficient, and affordable if you are doing remodel, or repairs to your home and need place to store your home for a short period if time. I own a water restoration company, so sometimes I have to get contents out of a house in a hurry. Someone’s house had an emergency flood so I called these guys to see how early I could get a pod delivery. They were there at 6 am the next morning and this was middle of nowhere! Highly recommend very reasonably priced and poignant!

All of Units staff are great to work with and super friendly! They are honest and put their customers first! Delivered on time and had the best prices in town! Clean and new looking boxes too. I also believe they have the best delivery by being able to put the boxes right where I needed them without any damage to yard. Very cool machine used to precisely maneuver the boxes. Would highly recommend this small local business!

The UNITS team in Houston is a joy to work. Scheduling the logistics on such a large scale with Operation Stocking Stuffer is no small task. But Matt, Sylvia and Kelly made everything so smooth and seamless. They did a phenomenal job and I highly recommend them to anyone.

I began working with Sylvia and Christina in July 2023 to schedule a dropoff and pickup of a UNIT at the house I was selling. They were always very professional, timely, and had great communication. They were very clear on what to expect. The UNIT was dropped off and picked up right on time. Now that I need the UNIT dropped off at my new house in December 2023, I've reached back out to them to schedule the dropoff (and subsequent pickup) of the UNIT with all my possessions. So far everything has been flawless. I will provide another review after the final dropoff and pickup at the beginning of January 2024.

I highly recommend UNITS Portable Storage. Their prices were not only reasonable but they were punctual and efficient in getting the unit in our driveway. Christine and Sylvia were courteous and provided great and professional customer service. The unit was clean and in great condition and I will most definitely use their services again on our next project.

Using a portable container is much more convenient than a moving truck. Allowing you time and space to pack over several days. No frantic rushing to return a moving truck. The units take up approximately 1 car space from driveway. The robotic handler can maneuver tight spaces, rough terrain, and steep driveways without a truck. Sylvia, Kelly, Christine, and Luis were all polite and easy to deal with. Prompt delivery and pickup. Pricing was very straight forward and easy to understand.

They were quick to deliver and gave us a great price on the largest pod they had. We needed to salvage and store belongings after the storm in north houston hit us in June. They were super helpful throughout our rebuild. We would recommend them to everyone.

This was a great experience from start to finish! I originally ordered from PODs, but they were unable to place the container in my driveway. UNITS had no issues using their robot to place the container perfectly. I used the container to move the heavy stuff from the garage at the house that we sold to the garage at the house we purchased. Everything was perfect from start to finish! Sylvia made the whole transaction go as smoothly as possible. Luis delivered, moved and picked up the container. Communication was excellent and everything was professional. The price was very reasonable and I would recommend UNITS to anyone needing to move or store items. I wish all businesses were as professional as UNITS!
